  • Location: used for features such as placing devices on a map and associating equipment with a position in the field. Location data is only collected while you are using the App.
  • Microphone and voice input: used to enable voice-based interaction with the App. Your speech is transcribed to text using your device’s built-in speech-recognition capability. We receive the resulting text, not raw audio recordings.
  • Camera: used for features such as scanning QR codes and capturing photos related to your farm, devices, or support requests.
  • Notifications: used to deliver irrigation alerts and service messages.

2.4 Assistant and Chat Content

When you use the App’s voice or chat assistant features, we collect the text of the messages and queries you submit, together with the responses generated, in order to provide and improve those features.

2.5 IoT and Sensor Data

The App collects data through IoT networks for irrigation monitoring. Information collected from IoT sensors includes:

  • Soil moisture levels
  • Water flow rates
  • Pressure readings
  • System status

This data is transmitted securely and used solely for irrigation management and system optimisation.
