Projects, Programs & Partnerships

Our Projects & Programs

Aglantis delivers on-ground technology implementation, automation systems and data-driven farm management solutions across government, NRM, research and industry-led agricultural programs. Our work supports sustainable farming, improved water use efficiency and practical environmental reporting through real on-farm deployment.

Our Partners & Collaborators

Working with trusted partners across government, NRM, research and industry to deliver applied agricultural programs that support sustainability, reef water quality and long-term farm productivity.

Government & NRM Programs

Aglantis delivers technology implementation and data systems across government and NRM programs aligned with sustainable agriculture, reef water quality improvement and environmental reporting objectives. This includes involvement in the Reef Trust–aligned “Making GPS Work For You” (PAP21) project delivered with NQ Dry Tropics, supporting precision agriculture adoption, digital record keeping and improved environmental reporting. Aglantis is also an approved supplier of smart irrigation and automation solutions within Reef Wise and broader Reef Trust investment activities delivered by NQ Dry Tropics.

Demonstration Projects & Program Delivery

Aglantis supports the establishment of demonstration sites, pilot deployments and applied technology trials across commercial farming operations, with a focus on irrigation efficiency, reduced input losses and improved environmental and water quality outcomes. This includes automated irrigation demonstration activities associated with SRA and GW3-linked initiatives, validating practical, scalable solutions under real operating conditions.

Research & Development

Aglantis delivers applied R&D and field validation through targeted partnerships, including ongoing collaboration with La Trobe University. This work focuses on smart irrigation, AI-enabled scheduling, environmental reporting systems and commercially deployable automation technologies that support sustainable farm management and improved resource efficiency.

Industry & Grower Organisations

Aglantis works with industry bodies, grower groups and regional organisations including QCAR, Kalagro, AgForce and related stakeholders to support technology adoption, demonstration activities and program-aligned delivery across irrigated farming systems and broader agricultural operations.

Extension, Workforce & Peer-to-Peer Initiatives

Aglantis contributes to extension and industry capacity building through initiatives such as the Agricultural Extension Work Placement Program and the AgTech Officer Placement Program delivered through Queensland Farmers’ Federation (QFF), alongside peer-to-peer initiatives including Grow Green and AgriSisters delivered with regional stakeholders and DPI-supported activities focused on sustainable practice adoption and improved farm management outcomes.

Delivery Capability & Capacity

Aglantis operates as a delivery partner for government, NRM, research and industry-led programs, with the capacity to deploy, integrate and support smart irrigation, automation and AI-enabled farm management systems across multiple sites and regional agricultural operations. Our approach prioritises sustainable farming outcomes, water efficiency, long-term system reliability and measurable environmental, reef water quality and operational improvements.
